With over 28 years of experience in hospitality, Adrian Stein has worked alongside many of the country’s top chefs and Michelin-star operators, earning a reputation for precision, creativity, and elevated guest experiences. His dedication to training, staff development, and beverage innovation has led to multiple cocktail-competition wins and numerous media features celebrating his unique approach to mixology. Widely recognized as one of Toronto’s pioneers in bringing thoughtfully crafted mocktails to the city’s bar scene, Adrian has helped redefine what non-alcoholic beverage programs can be. In 2019, he launched Dope Cocktails, a groundbreaking sub-brand specializing in non-alcoholic, plant-infused mocktails designed as modern alternatives to traditional drinking culture. Building on that momentum, he introduced Dope Mocktails in 2023, a line of functional, non-alcoholic adult beverages incorporating collagen, probiotics, prebiotics, enzymes, kombucha, and other wellness-focused ingredients to support overall health without sacrificing enjoyment. Today, Adrian continues to lead DNA Drinks Solutions. while consulting for major venues, developing curated menus, executing high-impact brand activations, and pushing the boundaries of what modern beverage service can be.
